Lindsay Lohan has a total of seven tattoo designs scattered about her body, including a quote by Marilyn Monroe which reads "Everyone's a star and deserves the right to twinkle" with small blue, green and yellow stars. Lindsay also has the word shhh.... tattooed on the side of her index finger (clever).
She has the word Breathe on the inside of her right wrist, along with a small star.
And finally Lindsay Lohan has the phrase "la bella vita" tattooed on her lower back, and of course her very first tattoo which is a small heart on her left hand.
